A: Claire Armstrong, Ecosystem Support Manager at Barclays Eagle Labs.

Q2. Do you have any hobbies or interests?
A: I have an interest in interior design and have attempted to try it out in my own house. I also love meeting my girls and talking non-stop.

Q3. How long have you been based at Ormeau Labs?
A: I have been based in Ormeau Labs since 2021 and my favourite memory is the day the whole community came together to get a bird out of the office!

Q4. What's something people might be surprised to learn about you?
A: I was a special needs classroom assistant for 8 years before joining the bank.

Q5. What do you love most about working in this community?
A: The vibe, I love the energy in Ormeau Labs. Everyone is here to work on their own thing but it comes with lots of fun, craic and laughter throughout the day.

Q6. What's your personal or professional "why"?
A: People - I love individual stories, of where and how people have got to where they are - supporting them to reach their potential is my why.

Q7. Describe your ideal workday in three words.
A: Coffee. Community. Craic. (in that order).

A: Think a little less, live a little more.
