Any more than three priorities in your day and they're no longer priorities, just another overwhelming to-do list.

Respect your time

While using these priorities to direct your day's productivity, make sure that each day has a clear goal and also that the task is clear in terms of what's involved. The last thing you want to do is waste time trying to decipher your own to-do list. Instead of writing things like 'Launch event series', get more specific and break it down into what that task actually entails so that you have a clearer idea of how much time is actually required. Breaking down the task also means you've given yourself clear directions so that you're less likely to procrastinate and you understand what you're working towards.

Delegate tasks so you can grow your business in other areas
