Claire loves building the culture and community at Ormeau Labs. Since its inception, and under her watch, Ormeau Labs has run hundreds of events, meetups, accelerator and innovation programs.

She has deep relationships with the Startup community, Angels and VCs and the wider Hubs across the island of Ireland.

Passionate about people and community, Claire is always keen to connect people together, with the right information at the right time.

Chris is inspired to use his range of skills and experience for community growth. He has directed his focus to the Ormeau Labs community, leveraging his expertise to nurture startups and connect exceptional individuals. Chris is committed to fostering collaboration that helps propel the Ormeau Labs community toward innovation and success.

Gary loves the Northern Irish tech ecosystem and all things venture capital. Over the last few years, he has helped founders across the island secure over £100m of funding. Additionally, he manages the HBAN network in the North, bringing angel investors together with potential founders to invest in. Recently, Gary has started writing small angel tickets himself in founders such as Enzai, Odin, and Pavlov. He is here to help as the dot connector, so if you need a connection, please reach out!

Beth is a dynamic community leader, venture scout, and founder of a tech startup based in Belfast. With over 7 years of experience spanning engineering and product roles within hyper-growth companies and startups, Beth brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Program Operations Lead. With a keen eye for innovation and a commitment to fostering talent, Beth also serves as a scout at Ada Ventures, actively seeking and backing extraordinary talent building breakthrough ideas for the hardest problems we face.

After working for Barclays bank for 16 years in various roles, Lisa now heads up Barclays Eagle Labs in Northern Ireland — a partner of Ormeau Labs since 2016.

Being extremely passionate about female entrepreneurship, she has been involved in hosting events for women in tech and establishing The Baths as a go-to space for women’s community groups.

Lisa's job has given her a well-known presence within the tech ecosystem in Belfast, and she's grateful every day that she gets to be part of such a thriving community.

Sophie, a graduate in English Language and Linguistics, brings a fresh and enthusiastic perspective to her role at Ormeau Labs. Passionate about community and with experience in events, Sophie is dedicated to enhancing the vibrancy of the Ormeau Labs community. Leveraging her academic background and love for fostering connections, Sophie focuses on building meaningful relationships and organising impactful events, driving engagement and collaboration to ensure a dynamic and innovative environment for all of our members.

Rosy Johnson is a dedicated Marketing student with a passion for applying her academic skills to real-world scenarios. As a Marketing and Events Intern at Ormeau Labs, Rosy is eager to contribute her knowledge and assist with events and marketing initiatives. Rosy's primary goal for the year is to make a positive impact on the team while further developing her event planning and marketing techniques, setting the stage for a promising future career.
