Emma O’Kane is our Community Operations Lead and Techstars Partnership Lead at Ormeau Labs. She is responsible for building and supporting a vibrant startup community through events, programmes and strategic partnerships. Through Ormeau Labs' partnership with Techstars, she helps connect founders with global networks, mentorship and resources that support innovation and growth.

Having completed her student placement & now graduated from Ulster University, Rosy Johnson is the Marketing and Events Lead at Ormeau Labs. Rosy is passionate about applying her academic skills to real-world scenarios. She is committed to driving impactful events and marketing initiatives, she is ready to hit the ground running as a graduate.

Gary loves the Northern Irish tech ecosystem and all things venture capital. Over the last few years, he has helped founders across the island secure over £100m of funding. Additionally, he manages the HBAN network in the North, bringing angel investors together with potential founders to invest in. Recently, Gary has started writing small angel tickets himself in founders such as Enzai, Odin, and Pavlov. He is here to help as the dot connector, so if you need a connection, please reach out!

After working for Barclays bank for 16 years in various roles, Lisa now heads up Barclays Eagle Labs in Northern Ireland — a partner of Ormeau Labs since 2016.

Being extremely passionate about female entrepreneurship, she has been involved in hosting events for women in tech and establishing The Baths as a go-to space for women’s community groups.

Lisa's job has given her a well-known presence within the tech ecosystem in Belfast, and she's grateful every day that she gets to be part of such a thriving community.

Claire supports business' from start up through to scaling by connecting them with people , programmes and opportunities to grow. She is passionate about female entrepreneurship and has been hosting co-working clubs to encourage networking; providing opportunities for mentoring and advice from the best in the business.
